In recent years,the leakage accidents of gas pipeline caused by the damage of anticorrosive coating of gas pipeline are increasing year by year.The damage of pipeline anticorrosive coating leads to chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion of metal pipeline,which leads to perforation of pipe wall and gas leakage.At present,the main method to determine the corrosion condition of the pipeline is to detect the anti-corrosion coating and the wall thickness of the pipeline.Based on the research on the theory of pipeline anticorrosive coating detection,this paper investigates the application of existing detection equipment in the gas industry,selects an important area of Beijing to carry out on-site detection of the anticorrosive coating of 1500 meters gas pipeline,analyzes the corrosion of the tested gas pipeline according to the detection data,and puts forward targeted treatment measures for classified repair for the future gas pipeline The detection of the anticorrosive coating and the corresponding treatment methods are provided for reference.
