Study On The Anticorrosive Coating Processes Of The Track-train

Track-train project as a major transportation in modern has been listed as the key of development planning of the ministry of Railways.The coating on the surface of the train body can enjoy the person in visual impact and beauty in the aspect of the appearance and color matching.The body coating process research and coating quality emphasis are the major measures of improving the train corrosion resistance and extend the service life.Three major elements affecting the coating include the coating materials,coating processes and coating management.The quality of the coating material is the basic protection of access to quality film;The coating process is to give full play to the performance of the coating material to obtain high-quality coating,it is necessary to reduce production costs;The coating management is the guarantee specified in the standards implementation process to achieve the important condition of the coating purpose and the best value for money.With the object of high-speed train body-coating process,they are analyzed from train running environment and mechanical properties of carbon steel body,stainless steel body and aluminum alloy body.Combined of cut test and salt spray corrosion test,we can get the conclusions in the following:(1).The running speed up to 350km/h,the rail minor bumps and shape changes and the friction between the body and air cause the body vibration.When speeding,the wind strong impact on coating;the sunlight for a long time of exposure and the change of temperature and humidity will adversely affect the coating;It is survey that the reason of coating loss is the separation between the paint and the body.The surface has pinholes.Metal threaded holes and the pin holes cross sections on the beams have different levels of crack.Terminal and connections occurs corrosion;(2).High-speed train body with high levels of renovation has the characters of good corrosion resistance,beauty appearance,low noise and better comfort.Maintenance cost of the aluminum alloy body is low.We first spray damping paint to reduce noise;vibration;and anti-stone.Choice of paint and design of the coating process can improve the corrosion resistance of the body and extend body life of 2-5 years;(3).By the cut test and salt spray test,the coating adhesion is to achieve a zero-order or one level as result of high corrosion resistance of the coating.Coating process and coating quality assessment has reached the international advanced level,thus Chinese Track-train body coating plump appearance to meet the high-end trim levels.
