The anti-corrosion of the bolts is still a difficult problem, the bolts will lose supporting role because of corrosion, and the lack of theory and practice about research of anchoring system corrosion and durability lead to the bolts lose efficacy in the engineering.Combined with the multiple anticorrosive bolt, taking the research on performance and life of it by the means of reading the anchorage system at home and abroad, taking the test. At last, providing the idea that the multiple anticorrosive bolt has the superiority. The specific work reflected in the following:1. In this thesis, a lot of statistical research and example analysis of the durability about anchoring system at home and abroad were referred to. The author gives out the bolt corrosion mechanism and corrosion protection measures, mainly introduced the structure and the corrosion mechanism of the multiple anticorrosive bolt which is researched and developed by TU QIANG company.2. Different corrosive environments were simulated and experiments on the durability of double and multiple anticorrosive bolts were conducted. The author gives out that:(1) Observe the bolt’s apparent change and measure the pull-out force by the instrument after corrosion, compare the corrosion resistance, coming out that the drawing force of the multiple anticorrosive bolt is always higher than the double anticorrosive bolt in different corrosion environments because of setting the casing in the slurry, and be more obvious over time, finally, a number of modification coefficients for optimization of the service-life formulae were put forward;(2) Analysis and compare with the relationship of bolt bar and sliding displacement between multiple anticorrosive bolt and double anticorrosive bolt, coming out that multiple anticorrosive bolt has higher bond strength at the same sliding displacement, the residual strength of the bond strength is higher than the double anticorrosive bolt after reaching the extreme.3. Through a lot of research, analysis about the anchorage effect in different rock mass, it is concluded that multiple anticorrosive bolt has better function than double anticorrosive bolt in weak rock tunnel.4. Introducing the practice and effects of multiple anticorrosive bolt in the actual engineering.
