Scheme Design Of Quality Management Process For DY Expressway Project

Urban elevated expressway is an effective infrastructure to improve the development of urban traffic,promote the development of the city,and facilitate the transportation of citizens.With the advantages of the expressway construction,the relevant government departments attach great importance to it,which has also aroused widespread concern of the whole society,and vigorously develop the construction of urban expressway.The development of urban expressway construction not only reflects the degree of urban rapid development and civilization construction,but also reflects the convenience and happiness of urban residents.Of course,there are still some problems in the construction of urban expressway in China.It is important to effectively strengthen the quality and safety management of urban elevated expressway construction project for the protection of personal and property safety.Referring to the relevant materials and excellent cases of highway construction projects at home and abroad,this paper mainly summarizes the contents of quality and safety management of highway construction projects,designs the avoidance methods of engineering quality and safety problems that may exist in the process of construction projects in combination with the actual construction situation of DY expressway project in Jilin Province,and provides effective guidance in combination with theory and practice.In this paper,the literature analysis method and empirical analysis method are used to combine the successful cases of project quality management with the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad.Based on the principles and requirements of engineering construction quality management,the research ideas are as follows: in-depth analysis of DY expressway project status,in-depth design of engineering project quality management content,combined with excellent cases and theoretical support at home and abroad,give better quality management process design scheme.Based on the analysis of the actual construction management of DY expressway,this paper puts forward the quality management process plan:(1)improving the quality management plan,starting from the details of the project,making detailed plan from all aspects and angles of construction;(2)clarifying and refining the quality management process of Dy project,and defining the key control of the responsible department,key steps and quality control process.Points;(3)strengthen the overall management and control requirements in all aspects of the construction process,and establish the "five elements" quality management mode;(4)strictly follow the implementation process quality management method,and strengthen the quality and control work in the three stages before,during and after the implementation.Finally,the paper summarizes the effect and significance of project quality management,effectively guides the work of quality management in the process of project construction,and avoids quality risk.
