Research On Construction Quality Management Of Municipal Road Project

In recent years, our country’s economy and technology has been developed rapidly. There are a large of urban infrastructure construction,especially the urban road construction. As the same time, the quality of the urban road construction is becoming more and more important. But,the urban road not only to meet the requirements of the road construction,also is responsible for the city environment, such as underground pipeline,lighting, communications and other infrastructure. It is influenced by outside factors in the process of construction. The current urban road construction also has some quality problem that not allow to ignore. So we must do something to strengthen quality management of the construction of the urban road and improve the quality of city road.This paper introduces the municipal road construction quality management principles and basic principles, including PDCA circulation principle, three phases control principle and the principle of total quality management. Basic on the Hengyang city Nei Huan road construction project, the study analysis Hengyang city road construction managementproblems that exist in the construction quality. Combine the theory of quality management with practical engineering. From the perspective of the construction team management, the construction organization design,construction quality planning, quality controlling, provides a set of municipal road quality management based on the theory of the quality management methods. This method not only enriches the field theory of quality management, also has guiding significance for applying the theory of quality management in urban road construction.
