With the continuous improvement of the development of the oil field, the footsteps of the highway in Daqing oil field is accelerating. Oilfield highway is not only bridge to connect the oil field and the surrounding counties, is also the whole oilfield productivity construction steadily, rapid development of based security. Oilfield highway after nearly 10 years of development has made great progress, but there are also some highway engineering project quality management level and the actual requirements there is still a certain gap, has led to the emergence of a lot of quality problems, so as to improve the quality of highway engineering and oil continued stable production, convenient resident workers life travel is important.In this paper, the head of highway engineering project as a case based research project in quality management. On the basis of the analysis on the project management, quality management and highway engineering quality management, the whole project quality management organization, implementation, process monitoring, process control, results were were summarized. Pointed out the problems arising in the process of highway construction projects in the design stage, for example, the problems of project management system problems, personnel, machinery and equipment, materials, construction technology and project completion acceptance and completion of the problem, combined with the analysis of the problems and summarize the corresponding countermeasures, including project construction design review, and formulate the corresponding management system,improve the quality of project related personnel’s business level clear responsibilities,improve the staff awareness of quality management, strengthen the management of the use of machinery and equipment, improve the level of material inspection, quality assurance and quality control measures of material engineering project construction key clearance process. In order to further improve the quality management level of oilfield highway engineering project and provide some reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
