As an important part of enterprise human resource management system,performance management plays an important role.It can not only promote talent incentive and development,but also provide effective reference for the formulation of salary management system.Because of its representative significance in the field of industry,Company A has formulated performance evaluation mechanism and methods with its own characteristics.However,due to the failure to meet the scientific requirements,some indicators have not met the good conditions,and the evaluation results are quite different from the expected goals.This part of factors not only affect the enthusiasm of employees,but also hinder the realization of sustainable development goals of enterprises.In the research process of this topic,A company is selected as the main research object,and the practical problems existing in the stage of performance evaluation are summarized.Referring to relevant research theories,the performance management mechanism of A company is optimized by using key performance events and key performance indicators assessment,so that the existing problems can be properly solved.Solve.Among them,the internal function mechanism of A company implements KPA performance evaluation method,which can basically meet the organizational structure and business development needs from an objective point of view;while other business departments use KPI evaluation method to give full play to the role of expert scoring method and determine the key success factors of science.Including AHP can effectively define the weight of different indicators to ensure that the final design meets the strategic development requirements of Company A.The research results show that the proposed concept is basically in line with the performance appraisal status of Company A,and the appraisal and management orientation can also be well integrated to promote the rapid improvement of employees' comprehensive quality level from a fundamental point of view,while laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of sustainable development.
