Through many rounds of regulation and control of the real estate market,the Chinese government has slowed down the transaction volume of the real estate market,accelerated the pace of asset restructuring and industrial restructuring of developers to a certain extent,and lowered the cost,which has a vital role for the future development of enterprises.From the macro point of view,the construction cost is mainly determined by bidding.Bidding management directly affects the construction cost,product quality,and then the profits of enterprises,and even the survival of enterprises.It can be seen that good bidding management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the bidding management of real estate industry.Firstly,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of bidding and procurement management at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theories of project management,whole-process management and management theory.On the basis of the relative theoretical analysis,it adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and combining literature research,case study and comparative study.Method: To analyze the present situation of bidding management of Shijiazhuang Project of TS Group.Through analysis,the current bidding management model of TS Group project is a relatively simple single project model.From the perspective of development,the single project bidding management model can not meet the development needs of the project.It can be summarized as five problems: uncontrollable bidding cycle,less suppliers,uncontrollable material quality,backward information management,and difficult to promote strategic procurement.In the process of finding a solution,the author first makes a detailed analysis of the problems.Secondly,it summarizes the bidding management of domestic real estate benchmarking enterprises.Thirdly,it summarizes the solution of the project bidding management of TS Group Shijiazhuang,including overall planning of the project bidding management of TS Group Shijiazhuang,rebuilding its bidding and procurement system,and According to the development process,the main issues involved in the development of recruitment interface are redefined.Four core schemes are formed: optimization of bidding process,supplier control,quality control and optimization of bidding mode for TS Group Shijiazhuang project.The problems existing in the current bidding management of TS Group Shijiazhuang project are solved perfectly,and a set of suitable for small and medium-sized real estate is summarized.The bidding management model.It has certain universality and can be used for reference.At the end of the paper,the shortcomings and prospects of this study are considered.On the basis of limited level,some reform suggestions are put forward on the problems in the bidding management of Shijiazhuang Project of TS Group,so as to improve the bidding management system of enterprises.
