Evaluation After Bidding For Real Estate Construction Projects

Construction project bidding has been implemented in China for more than 30 years.From the beginning,it was only piloted on national key projects,and now it must be used following the law.It has played an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy.Especially in the construction industry,it has made great contributions to standardizing the construction market and improving the efficiency of fixed asset investment.With the rapid development of t China’s economic development,bidding market transactions are unprecedentedly prosperous.But behind the prosperity,many problems have also been exposed,which restricts the further healthy and efficient development of the construction industry.Project post-evaluation is a key work link in construction project management,which plays an important role and practical significance in ensuring the good realization of project bidding objectives and investigating project accident management responsibilities.From a theoretical point of view,this article summarizes the mainstream views and representative theoretical evaluation research results of project post-evaluation research in the field of engineering project construction at home and abroad.Combining the analysis of specific projects,put forward the theoretical significance of the project evaluation plan,and give suggestions for China’s theoretical system construction in this field.Next,the research is carried out based on the bidding process of a construction project in Hefei,Anhui Province.Based on the bid after the implementation of the project technical value,economic benefits and social benefits,engineering management and the actual situation is analyzed,its project after extraction mechanism,the starting time of the assessment and the status of the time limit,the investment,cost information elements,such as the design of the project bid evaluation,the implementation of the bidding result effect and the parties to evaluate after work.We hope that through the research of this paper,we can find the problems existing in the field of bidding evaluation of engineering construction projects earlier,optimize the management mechanism of bid evaluation,and make positive contributions to the construction of fair and just bid evaluation procedures.This study can provide some reference for the selection of bidding evaluation methods,the design of procedures,the implementation and supervision of programs,etc.for similar engineering projects from the perspective of post-evaluation.Figure[3]Table[14]References[61]...
