In recent years,many real estate companies have developed new operating modes based on Internet technology to seize the competitive business opportunities in the future.China’s real estate industry is gradually changing from the traditional labor-based extensive management to information technology-based scientific management,and bidding is the real estate project to achieve electronic information technology is the primary link,is an important part of the whole process of construction project informatization.In order to improve the operation efficiency of real estate enterprises in an all-round way and face the industrial reform calmly,only by establishing an information-based intelligent bidding management platform in the real estate industry can we promote the specialized,standardized and refined management of bidding and procurement,thus effectively strengthen the internal risk management and control of real estate enterprises and enhance the benefit of enterprises." Internet plus " bidding action plan(2017-2019 years)clearly pointed out that we should give full play to the role of the market mechanism,foster the endogenous driving force of "Internet +" tendering procurement,and promote the transformation of bidding procurement from offline transactions to online transactions,so as to achieve the deep integration of the bidding industry and the interconnected network.The application of electronic bidding in the real estate industry fully embodies the principle of fair,open and fair competition.The real-time and synchronization of the network break the traditional regional differences and space constraints,help bidding participants save a lot of time and economic costs,and promote rent-seeking of the relevant stakeholders in the real estate industry.The reduction of space reduces the possibility of loss of interests of all parties.However,China’s real estate market-oriented operation time is relatively short,market participants are exploring the way forward,how to combine the characteristics of the real estate industry,create an industry-specific electronic bidding system platform,solve the problems of the real estate industry electronic bidding system,and improve the relevant security system,put forward that there is.Exploratory suggestions are the main purpose of this paper.Firstly,starting from the research background,this paper combs the necessity of the establishment of electronic bidding system in real estate industry,analyses the current situation and existing problems of the application of electronic bidding in real estate industry in China,puts forward the research significance of the problems,and makes a full investigation of the relevant literature at home and abroad to determine the content of the relevant research in this paper.Rong he method.Firstly,based on the theory of electronic bidding,this paper studies the related theories of electronic bidding and the basic principles of electronic bidding methods.Then it introduces the development of electronic bidding and the characteristics of electronic bidding in real estate industry,and investigates and analyses the advantages and problems of the application of electronic bidding.Secondly,the process of using electronic bidding in real estate industry is briefly analyzed.Based on the problems existing in traditional bidding,the advanced experience at home and abroad is introduced,the process of using electronic bidding is sorted out,and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,taking P Group of real estate industry as a case study,the application principle of electronic bidding and the corresponding benefit analysis are briefly analyzed,and the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are drawn.
