Research On The Interface Management System Of Bidding Documents For Real Estate Development Projects

In recent years,with the rapid development of real estate development projects,the management and organization of real estate projects has become an important concern of project managers.As an important part of the construction process of real estate development projects,the management and coordination of construction bidding is also favored by a large number of researchers.Construction bidding involves a wide range of activities,a large workload,more participants and other characteristics,so the bidding documents generated by the bidding activities are correspondingly more in number and type,and the functional departments involved are also very complex.In real estate development projects,how to scientifically and reasonably compile,sign and manage these bidding documents is an important part of bidding management.On the other hand,interface management provides new ideas for project management.In the field of management science,interface can be defined as the supporting surface of the interaction and interrelationship among the various elements involved in the process of organization,operation and management,including people,machine,thing,environment,etc.Interface management is a weak link in project management and an important factor affecting management level.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interface management of bidding documents in order to reduce the contradictions and gaps between bidding documents and ensure the smooth progress of bidding management.This study extends the interface management theory and method to the bidding management process of real estate development projects,and focuses on the construction bidding.Firstly,the interface of construction bidding documents of real estate development projects is identified from different angles and aspects.On this basis,the causes of the interface management problems of construction bidding of real estate development projects are analyzed by literature analysis method,and four key causes are extracted based on the actual questionnaire survey results.Secondly,combining with the results of the analysis of the interface obstacles in the construction bidding of real estate development projects,the paper constructs the interface management system of the construction bidding documents of real estate development projects in order to solve the problems existing in the interface management.Finally,through the case empirical analysis of A project in the construction bidding interface management problems and put forward the corresponding improvement measures,verify the feasibility of the paper on the real estate development project construction bidding interface management research,for real estate development project bidding management to provide A certain reference.
