| With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the continuous development of transportation industry,automation and intelligence are more and more widely used in the field of modern ships,which puts forward higher requirements for the level of ship managers.According to the investigation,80%of the accident causes are related to improper operation.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the technical knowledge and operation proficiency of ship managers.The central cooling water system is an important part of the ship’s power plant.Improving the proficiency of the maintenance and operation of the central cooling water system and ensuring the normal operation of the cooling water system are important guarantees for the safe navigation of the ship.For this reason,the International Maritime Organization clearly points out in the STCW Convention that the marine simulator is an examination item that seafarers must take part in.At present,the cooling water simulation system developed by domestic and foreign companies and universities is not perfect enough for further troubleshooting and examination training.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a set of central cooling water simulation training system which can not only meet the needs of simulator training,but also achieve troubleshooting and emergency treatment.Firstly,according to the composition and working principle of the central cooling water system,a container ship is taken as the mother ship,and the mathematical models of four modules of the low-temperature fresh water system,the high-temperature fresh water system,the sea water system and the water making machine are respectively established by using the modular modeling method;the simulation program is compiled by using VC++6.0,and the simulation results are obtained;the simulation results are compared with the real ship data The error rate is less than 5%,which proves the correctness of the simulation system model and meets the requirements of simulation training.The visual operation interface of equipment including expansion water tank,fresh water pump,water generator,sea water pump,cooling water pipeline,temperature controller,etc.is developed,and it is integrated into the turbine simulator platform in the form of dynamic link library,realizing the linkage between multiple systems and improving the wheel Finally,based on the actual common faults and daily operation of the cooling water system,the test questions of operation training and troubleshooting of the cooling water system are formed and integrated into the simulation platform to improve the training and examination functions.The verification shows that the operation questions and automatic evaluation results are correct and reasonable,which can meet the training and training requirements.The model established in this paper can simulate the operation environment and relevant characteristics of the ship cooling water system,and can meet the training requirements of various training institutions for crew operation and troubleshooting. |
