| With the continuous development of electronic control diesel engine,ME diesel engine launched by MAN has gradually replaced MC diesel engine.The control system of ME diesel engine is much different from that of previous diesel engines.Its control unit and MOP(Main Operation Panel)interface play a very important role in the operation and control of the Main engine.The vast majority of safety accidents on ships are caused by human operation.It is not uncommon to see great economic losses due to the crew’s unfamiliarity with the ME diesel engine control unit and its MOP interface.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the training of ME diesel engine control unit.The Marine simulator can effectively improve the crew’s management level of ME diesel engine control unit.At present,in the existing marine engine simulator,the simulation system of the ME diesel engine control unit has different degrees of simplification,and there is no automatic evaluation function,which cannot meet the needs of training and assessment of the crew.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis conducts in-depth research on ME diesel engine control unit,aiming to develop a set of visual simulation system of ME diesel engine control unit with automatic evaluation function.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the composition characteristics of 8K90ME-C diesel engine control system and its training contents,the mathematical model of ME diesel engine control unit is established by using the modular method.The model mainly includes alarm unit,main engine control unit,hydraulic control unit,pneumatic control unit and cylinder lubrication unit.The mathematical model of the control unit is programmed and calculated by VC++6.0software,and the simulation results are compared with the real ship data.The simulation results show that the simulation model can accurately reflect the dynamic and steady characteristics of the actual system,and the realized functions are consistent with those of the actual system,the correctness of the simulation model is verified.According to the layout and function of the real ship MOP operation interface,the software of VC++6.0 is used to complete the design and programming of MOP operation interface,and the same visual operation interface is developed with real ship MOP,and the data correlation between the operation interface and the simulation model is completed,and the MOP simulation training system is developed.The simulation experiment shows that the operating interface is similar to the actual system interface,and the functions realized are consistent with the actual system,which can meet the needs of various training.In order to meet the needs of the presence of the operation environment,3DMAX was used to establish the 3D model of the ME control unit and local operation panel,render the3 D model with Unity3 D engine,develop the 3D virtual reality operation interface,and complete the data association and debugging between the interface and the simulation model.The simulation test shows that: The virtual reality interface can realize roaming and operation,enrich the operating environment of the training system,and adjust the size of the interface according to the resolution frequency of the display.Aiming at the deficiency of the automatic evaluation function of the existing training system,this thesis deeply studies the question structure and automatic evaluation inference algorithm based on the simulation system state and operation parameters,writes the inference algorithm program,and integrates it into the DMS simulation platform.According to the requirements of the examination outline for seafarers competency of sea going ships of the People’s Republic of China,the thesis designs the test questions about the operation of ME diesel engine control unit,and compels the typical automatic evaluation questions with the evaluation algorithm and evaluation requirements.The correctness of the evaluation reasoning algorithm is verified by the results of the automatic evaluation questions. |
