As one of the important ship power auxiliary equipment,the ship auxiliary boiler uses fuel combustion to turn chemical energy into thermal energy.With the rapid development of ship automation and intelligence,shipping has put forward higher requirements for ship personnel.In order to improve the operational capacity of ship managers,the IMO stressed the importance of turbine simulators in training and evaluation.In the current turbine simulator,the auxiliary boiler simulation system has a model and interface simplification,and can only complete some simple switching operations.The failure on the real ship is complex,a small fault in the system will lead to the auxiliary boiler not operating normally,and the crew also needs to have a deep auxiliary boiler fault troubleshooting ability,as well as the ability to solve the problem after troubleshooting,so it is urgent to develop a more practical and comprehensive auxiliary boiler system.In this thesis,a 10,000-container ship is used as a simulation object to model and visualize the auxiliary boiler system.First of all,the structural diagram,piping diagram and other various equipment principles of the 10,000-tank ship auxiliary boiler are analyzed,and the mathematical model of the auxiliary boiler body,fuel oil system,water supply system and steam system is established respectively by using modular modeling methods,and the system contains some valves required for oil pump,heat exchanger,fuel temperature controller,fan and system.The model and calculation are written by VC++ software,and the simulation error is less than5% compared with the auxiliary boiler data in the actual ship through the model calculation data,which verifies the correctness of the model.Using water level and vapor pressure as the controlled variables,PID closed-loop control is adopted,and the control results show that the controlled variables can be satisfied at each stage at appropriate values,which further verifies the dynamic stability of the system.According to the real ship circuit analysis boiler start logic,write the relay coil and auxiliary contact class,analyze the relay enable end of the live conditions;The manual control mode of the boiler is strictly based on the logic control in the circuit,and the automatic mode is operated according to the programmed timing motor;By comparing the boiler state of ignition,normal combustion,furnace stopping and oil mixing with the actual state of the ship boiler,the results show the accuracy and rationality of the established electronic control model.Refer to the auxiliary boiler real ship manual,use CAD drawing software to draw the basemap of the fuel system,water supply system,steam system and circuit system,export the vector diagram with.emf as the suffix so that the mouse operation can adjust the enlargement and reduction of the interface,develop the design visualization interface on the basic class library of VC++,complete the data correlation and debugging of the visual interface and simulation model,the electronic control model,and put the dynamic link library generated by the interface code and the model code into the SUPERSIMS process simulation platform.The interface operation test results show that the interface can run smoothly and realize the local scaling function,which provides reliable support for further development of the auxiliary boiler simulation training system.According to the requirements of the "China Sea Vessel Crew Examination Syllabus",with reference to the typical faults of the auxiliary boiler in the real ship and other faults described by the boiler management personnel,the test questions for the partial operation and fault reproduction of the auxiliary boiler were prepared.In the compiled automatic evaluation algorithm,the judgment points are set according to the real-time status and end state of the auxiliary boiler,and the correctness of the evaluation algorithm is further verified by the score of the test questions.At present,the ship auxiliary boiler simulation system studied in this paper has been integrated into the DMS-2020 turbine simulator and promoted and used in undergraduate teaching and crew training,and the feedback effect is ideal.
