AC600 main engine remote control system is a new type of main engine remote control system which has been widely used in civil merchant ships at present.mariners need to train and learn how to operate this system.Marine simulator is adopted by many Marine schools to train and test crew,but there is no AC600 remote control simulation training system among the existing Marine simulator.To improve the incomplete model of the main engine remote control system covered in the Marine simulator simulation teaching platform and further improve the training function of the simulation teaching platform,this thesis studies and develops a set of AC600 main engine remote control simulation system and establishes the mathematical model of 6RT-flex58 T diesel engine to verify the remote-control function.The main engine remote control simulation system developed is applied to the existing Marine engine simulator simulation teaching platform.The main work completed is as follows:(1)In order to verify that the remote-control simulation system of the main engine has the same control function as the actual system,the mathematical model of the 6RT-flex58 T diesel engine is established by means of cyclic mean value and quasi-steady state respectively using modularity idea.Based on the experimental data of propeller,a model for calculating the characteristics of propeller at a distance is established by regression method.(2)Based on the data of the ship,the mathematical model of the remote control system of the AC600 main engine is established by using the modular design idea,including the mathematical model of the car clock system,the starting and reversing control model of the main engine,the mathematical model of the electronic governor,the mathematical model of the safety protection system,the mathematical model of the pneumatic control system and the mathematical model of the fuel injection control unit.To realize the automatic evaluation function,a judgment model of key operations is added to the model.(3)Using VC++ as the simulation development tool,the simulation calculation programs of 6RT-flex58 T diesel engine and AC600 main engine remote control system are written respectively.The simulation results show that the deviation between the calculation data of the diesel engine model and the trial data is less than 5%.The diesel engine model can meet the needs of training and can be used to test the main engine remote control simulation system.The control function and control law of the AC600 remote control system model are consistent with that of the actual system,and the simulation model of the main engine remote control system can meet the needs of simulator training.(4)According to the composition and characteristics of the AC600 main engine remote control system,the two-dimensional visual human-computer interaction simulation interface of the AC600 main engine remote control system is designed and developed,and it is integrated into the existing Marine simulation teaching platform in the form of dynamic link library,and the AC600 main engine remote control simulation training system is developed.The simulation experiment shows that the simulation interface has good interaction.With high similarity to the real ship,the automatic evaluation function is realized,which can meet the training requirements of seafaring ship crew.(5)In order to realize the automatic evaluation function,the remote-control simulation system of AC600 mainframe is combined with the examination system in the simulation teaching platform,and three automatic evaluation algorithms,namely real-time detection,condition detection and process detection,are proposed and implemented.The typical test questions of the remote-control system of the main engine are written,and the test results are correct,which verifies the correctness of the judgment model of the key operation and the automatic evaluation algorithm.
