Study On The Planning Strategy Of Declining Village

With the acceleration of urbanization process,the single rural mode of production has been unable to meet the needs of the new era of productivity development,rural development is facing many problems.Due to the large influx of labor force and capital into the cities,the economic development in rural areas is slow,public facilities and social services are not perfect,and the living environment is declining gradually from inside to outside.The problem of village decline is caused by many factors,which needs to be analyzed with the Development Vision,so as to get the scientific conclusion and judgment,and put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures and programs for the treatment of the declining village.Under the general situation of rural revitalization and spatial planning,this paper takes the "declining villages" in the process of urbanization as the research object,and based on the analysis of relevant theoretical research and domestic and foreign cases,this paper analyzes the causes of the declining villages,such as the imperfect land use system,the farmers' insufficient understanding of homestead,the quickening but incomplete urbanization process,and the lack of village planning and management This paper sums up the influence brought by the village decline,which causes the serious waste of land resources,the waste of construction funds,the obstruction of economic development and the destruction of the harmonious coexistence of the human settlement environment.This paper expounds the contents of Planning and renovation of the declining villages,and points out that the planning and renovation of the declining villages should be carried out from the aspects of agricultural land,construction land,ecological environment and industrial distribution.Then,according to the different causes of the village decline,four different planning models are put forward: the model of village relocation,the model of improvement,the model of site selection and reconstruction,and the model of industrial transformation.Finally,taking m village,which is suitable for industrial transformation model,as an example,by means of planning,in view of the declination characteristics and the manifestation of the space layout,the public facilities,the road traffic,the residential building,the industrial layout and the human settlement environment,combined with the relevant theoretical research and the actual situation of m village,on the basis of reduction planning,the principles and countermeasures of planning and renovation that conform to the actual situation of m village are formulated and applied to the planning and renovation of the decline of m village,hope to provide valuable experience and reference for the construction of new Socialist countryside.
