Village-level Industrial Park In Guangzhou City Under The New Mode Of Industrial Reform Research On The Design Strategy Of Micro Renovation

Since the 21st century,knowledge economy and innovation technology have become the core driving force of sustainable urban development,and the world has entered an innovation-driven development state.In order to promote the progress of urban transformation and industrial upgrading,European and American countries such as Spain and the United States have taken the lead in proposing to vigorously develop innovative industries and have formulated relevant policies to promote the development of innovative cities.In order to comply with the development trend of international innovative industries,China proposed the "Made in China 2015" strategy and formulated the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan Outline" in 2019,which clearly pointed out that by 2035,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be transformed into a global An influential international science and technology innovation center.However,the large number of village-level industrial parks in Guangzhou,with backward industries and dilapidated spatial patterns,have restricted Guangzhou’s innovation and development,and have become one of Guangzhou’s key reconstruction targets in recent years.In order to promote the transformation and development of new industries in village-level industrial parks,Guangzhou has learned from and improved the "industrial reform and new" model issued by other regions in China,and has successively introduced relevant incentive policies,innovating policies and transformation methods for the "industrial reform and new" projects in village-level industrial parks.,Effectively standardized and managed the implementation path of new industrial land,further promoted the transformation of industrial land and the upgrading of industrial structure,and provided suitable development space for new enterprises and new talents.Through literature research and actual investigation,this paper summarizes the current situation of Guangzhou’s village-level industrial parks,and proposes the design principles and design strategies for the micro-reconstruction of Guangzhou’s village-level industrial parks under the "industrial reform" model.Chapter One Introduction analyzes the research background,policy support and source of the selected topic,elaborates the research purpose and significance of the selected topic,reviews relevant domestic and foreign theoretical research,clarifies the research object and scope,and proposes the research framework and research methods of the article;The second chapter analyzes the development and typical cases of “industrial reform and new” at home and abroad through literature research and field investigation,sums up the experience for reference,and proposes the development trend of village-level industrial parks;Chapter three investigates the status quo of village-level industrial parks in Guangzhou and summarizes it Existing problems,through the Guangzhou micro-renovation innovation policy and the existing village-level industrial park micro-reconstruction case study,summarize its micro-reconstruction characteristics and existing problems after the micro-reconstruction,and provide guiding significance for the design principles and strategy research of Chapter 4;The four chapters discuss the five aspects of overall layout,functional structure,architectural form,public space,and green technology,and propose a design strategy for the micro-reconstruction of the village-level industrial park suitable for the development of new enterprises and meet the needs of new talent space,forming a relatively complete micro Transformation plan.
