| Under the background of domestic economic development and new government policies,the construction industry has ushered in a "golden period of development".The new policy of shantytown renovation continues to promote,and a large number of resettlement housing projects have been landed to solve the resettlement problem of residents.As a key project of people’s livelihood,the quality of resettlement housing has frequently emerged.Based on this,this thesis takes the E project as the main research object,which is a resettlement housing project under EPC,collects information through field visits to E project,uses the analysis method of project quality management,carries out research on the causes of construction quality problems of E project,implements PDCA quality cycle improvement program for the construction phase of E project according to the design principle of improvement program,strengthens the construction quality control of this project In order to ensure the orderly progress of construction quality,reduce the frequency of quality problems in resettlement housing projects and protect people’s livelihood projects.The main research content and findings of this thesis are as follows:1.Taking the quality management problems of E projects in construction activities as the main research background,the related research literature at home and abroad is sorted out and summarized,and the theory of construction quality control is taken as the theoretical basis of this thesis.2.Through field visits to E projects,we collect and organize the actual quality problems on E project sites,divide the research process into design,procurement and construction based on the EPC model,and consider the design and procurement stages as influencing factors for their impact and problems on construction quality,pending further analysis of the causes.3.Combining brainstorming,4M1 E and cause-effect analysis methods,we analyzed the causes of the above problems,drew a fishbone diagram of the corresponding cause analysis,and came up with 24 indicators of factors affecting the quality level of E project,summarized these 24 indicators into five categories: human,material,machine,environment and method,transformed them into factors affecting the quality of E project construction,and established an evaluation model of E project quality affecting factors.The interval Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP)was introduced to invite experts to score the influencing factors,calculate the weight of each influencing factor,and compare the weights from high to low to determine the degree of influence of each factor on the project quality.4.Based on the analysis results and improvement program design principles,quality management improvement work is carried out.Improvement and optimization measures are proposed for the design and procurement phases of the E project,and the construction phase is the main research direction of this thesis,in which the improvement cycle is carried out using PDCA Deming loop and Total Quality Management(TQM)theory,and the corresponding node guarantee measures are proposed to carry out quality improvement work from various aspects.The overall effect of the project quality management improvement is evaluated and good feedback is obtained to achieve the effect of steady improvement of the overall quality level of the E project.Through the study of the quality management of E project,this thesis reflects the imperfection and lack of quality management in the construction activities of the project,and the management system and guarantee measures proposed in this thesis hope to provide reference for the quality management of similar local construction enterprises. |
