With the promotion of national policy,prefabricated construction develops rapidly.Comparing with traditional constructions,prefabricated construction increases the supply of PC components.With the increasing number of node enterprises participating in prefabricated construction,the structure of supply chain becomes more and more complex.In addition,problems such as poor communication among members of the chain and frequent hindrance of supply chain operation appear,which make the supply chain management of prefabricated construction more important,and the establishment of performance-oriented prefabricated construction supply chain.Chain management mode has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the supply chain management level of prefabricated construction in China.On the basis of grasping the research status of performance evaluation of prefabricated construction supply chain,this paper applies the balanced scorecard model to analyze the performance evaluation index from five aspects: internal operation ability,customer satisfaction,agility,development and innovation,and financial status.The performance evaluation index is initially determined,and the preliminary index is screened through questionnaire survey,forming a set of 25 secondary indicators.Performance evaluation index system of supply chain of matched construction.Considering the characteristics of performance evaluation indexes of prefabricated construction supply chain,the weight of each index is calculated by the combination of AHP and entropy weight method.The performance of prefabricated construction supply chain is divided into four grades: excellent,good,qualified and poor.The established evaluation index system and model are applied to the performance evaluation of an assembly building supply chain,and the overall evaluation results are good.Among them,the on-time delivery rate of prefabricated constructions,the rework rate of prefabricated constructions and the qualification rate of PC components are in the excellent level,the on-time delivery rate of PC component suppliers is in the poor level,the training rate of employees in the prefabricated construction enterprises and the information sharing rate of the prefabricated construction enterprises are in the qualified level,and the other indicators are in the good level.In order to further improve the overall performance of the prefabricated construction supply chain,the improvement suggestions are put forward for the factors in the poor level and in the qualified level.It is suggested to strengthen the strategic partnership and improve the on-time delivery rate of PC component suppliers.Carry out staff training and establish information sharing system systematically,and strengthen the innovation and development of supply chain system of prefabricated constructions.
