The development of BIM cloud platform has brought dawn to solve various problems encountered in current projects.Cloud computing,big data,internet of things and artificial intelligence can be integrated with BIM technology on the cloud platform respectively.Massive engineering data can be collected,stored,collated and mined in the process of engineering construction to learn from each other and realize intelligent decision-making centering on BIM.At present,BIM cloud platform has been initially applied in the design,construction,operation and maintenance stages.However,there are still many problems,which make it difficult for BIM cloud platform to be really popularized and applied.The main problems are as follows: First,the BIM model is too large,which causes that the cloud platform can not run smoothly;Second,the construction of the database is unreasonable,the data is scattered and unreliable,the data is difficult to share and apply.Third,the model information is difficult to obtain dynamically in real time and the data analysis method is single.Fourth,BIM model has a single application scenario and can only be used on the computer side,not on the mobile phone side at the construction site.In order to solve the above problems,Based on Unity3 D engine,a BIM cloud platform is constructed in this paper.In order to solve the above problems,the lightweight module,data interaction module,function module and cross-platform development of the BIM cloud platform are specifically designed.Lightweight module of the model: The principle of lightweight is briefly described and the lightweight of the model is realized by using Mesh Simplify plug-in which ensures the speed of loading and analyzing platform applications and the smoothness of operation.Data interaction module: structured database is constructed,and data interaction between Untiy3 D,web page and database is realized through Json,and data sharing is realized.Function module: According to the actual requirements of the whole life cycle of the project,the function module designs functions such as rotation,translation,scaling,cutting at any angle,automatic ranging,display of hidden components,roaming and so on.It can dynamically acquire model information in real time,calculate and analyze the acquired information,process the information required in each stage and display it at the front end to guide the on-site construction,later operation and maintenance and other stages of the whole life cycle of the project.Cross-platform development: The Unity3 D engine can be used to publish programs to Web GL,IOS,Android,PC,Universal Windows Platform,Facebook and other operating systems,realizing cross-platform development to enable the BIM cloud platform to support both PC(computer side)and mobile side,greatly enriching the application scenarios of the BIM cloud platform and enabling it to log in and use at any time,whether in the meeting room where drawings are reviewed or in the construction site.
