Research On The Medical Nursing Care Entertainment Pension Model And Product Design

Since China entered the aging society,the phenomenon of disability and empty nest has become more and more serious,the construction of pension model has attracted researchers' attention.However,the research on the pension model is mostly belongs to the fields of sociology and demography,which lacks the intervention of design.As a result,the model theory is well studied,but the landing is poor and the elderly users experience is not good enough.In order to meet the pension needs of the elderly and improve the pension satisfaction effectively,this paper observes social phenomena from the perspective of design and adopts design methods to solve social problems.The "Medical Nursing Care Entertainment" pension model based on service design concept was constructed,the pension service and products under the model were designed.First,this paper studied the current situation of the pension model of combining medical care and nursing at home and abroad.The construction of the Medical Nursing Care Entertainment pension model based on service design was proposed.And the feasibility of the application of service design in the construction of pension model was discussed.Then,the problems existing in China's pension model were summed up through field investigation and literature research.the research makes a concrete research on the contents of the five major components of the Medical Nursing Care Entertainment pension model based on the problem-oriented by integrating service design concept,builds pension model and outputs a general model.Finally,the Medical Nursing Care Entertainment elderly service product design practice under the pension model was carried out,which included service target locate,stakeholder analyse,service process analyse,and visualize the nature of the service process by using service blueprint.After analyzing the target users,the "Service-Products" configuration scheme was obtained to guide the direction of product design by applying the Medical Nursing Care Entertainment pension model,the smart terminal product and online medical service was taken as an example to carry out the supporting products design practice.And the availability of the design was evaluated,the results proved that the design is feasible and effective.The research meets the needs of the elderly,effectively improves the satisfaction of users while helping the model to be implemented.It provides beneficial ideas for aging research,also provides reference and guidance for enterprises to develop endowment product.And it has important theoretical value and practical application value to promote the future development of aging society.
