Research On Design Of Children’s Asthma Medical Monitoring Products Basedon Service Design Concept

With the development of big data,artificial intelligence,Internet of things and other emerging technologies in the post industrial era,the medical model is gradually transformed.On the one hand,the development of data-based medicine has put forward a new design direction for the update of medical products and the integration of service system operation.On the other hand,the self-service medical system and medical products under the current self-healing mode can cooperate more effectively to improve the treatment effect and efficiency.Using the specific methods and tools of service design thinking can help us to carry out the design process orderly and realize the product innovation oriented to users.This paper takes asthmatic children as the research object,through the discovery,exploration and practice in service design,designs a set of product innovation scheme and product service system platform system,applies the Internet of things technology to product innovation,combines the product and data information for the whole monitoring.The following three aspects will be included in the medical monitoring system for childhood asthma1、 The concept of service design is applied to the innovative design of children’s asthma medical products.The service design theory is summarized,and the user survey and product analysis insight are carried out by using the service design process method.Starting from the problems and emotions in the diagnosis and treatment process of children and their families,the design opportunities and insights are found by analyzing various factors in the service system of children’s asthma medical products Development trend,complete the construction of product and service system.2、 The product design innovation of children asthma monitoring is aimed at the product design and improvement which is often used in the family self-management mode of asthmatic children.Including the monitoring products in the treatment period and chronic care period,the atomization inhaler of inhaled drugs and the peak flow meter for data monitoring were designed.A series of intelligent medical products were designed.Through the combination of Internet of things technology and products,the data management of pulmonary function expiratory value(PEF)value,medication time and drug dosage and other data information were carried out.3、 The design of child asthma monitoring product service software platform will integrate multiple factors such as diagnosis and treatment of patients,product use,product data management and doctor-patient communication problems,and construct product monitoring information,treatment information,treatment information and other functional pages in the software platform,and innovate the service platform in the form of asthma app.In this paper,through the combination of theory and practice,we will sort out the elements of the whole design process,unify the product treatment and information monitoring process,realize the comprehensive management of the monitoring medical products,provide more services for the monitoring process,and design the actual products and application cases.
