Service Design For Smart Home-based Care

Under the double background of aging and informatization,the old-age pension system is continuously optimized.Flexible use of social production and life generated by the big data,intelligent integration of old-age service resources,to meet the demands of multi-stakeholder,the cause of old-age development is an inevitable trend.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper introduces service design thinking into the field of old-age care,and takes the visual tools of service design as the means to put forward a kind of combination of tangible products and intangible services based on complex social network,and the design strategy of the data driven intelligent home care service,which will form the platform,product and service linkage of the Open innovation,to solve the problem of disconnection between collecting the information of the aged,analyzing the data of the aged demand and providing service support,and to improve the experience of the aged service.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the concept of intelligent home care and service design is summarized,the significance of introducing service design theory into the design of old-age care service is expounded,and the basic structure and application design principles of intelligent home care service design are summarized.Secondly,we will conduct research on the elderly and other stakeholders in the provision of old-age services,in-depth access to information related to home-based old-age care,summarize the current situation of smart home-based care,sort out the context of home-based old-age care services,and conclude the ecology of smart home-based care services,and get part of the old-age service pain point.Thirdly,an AT-ONE analysis model of smart home-based care for the elderly is constructed,which is divided into five layers:stakeholders,physical contact,service form,user needs and user experience,it also puts forward the design strategy of intelligent home care service for the aged,and constructs an intelligent home care service system combining design,technology and management,form the sustainable development link of the linkage among the old-age service resources,the old-age living dynamic information and the old-age service.Finally,the service system for smart home-based care is designed and practiced,and the intelligent home care service platform is constructed,and the design of the intelligent contact products in the old-age care service system is carried out with the old-age intelligent auxiliary lighting products as an example.Then the platform and contact products link up to form the connection of intelligent home pension product-service,show the process of intelligent home pension service,and discuss other potential applications.Based on the theoretical research and practical cases,this paper explores the way of integrating "wisdom" and "providing for the aged" deeply in the complex social network,and establishes the intelligent home providing for the aged service system.In order to grasp the needs of the aging population,improve the elderly service experience to provide an intelligent way of thinking,but also for the innovation of the intelligent home pension system to provide a design perspective.
