With the rapid development of computer science and information technology,the construction industry is increasingly demanding information technology.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has become one of the most popular technologies in the construction industry.It has been successfully applied in many engineering projects at home and abroad,and has achieved great economic and social benefits.However,the current BIM technology is only mature in the field of construction engineering,and its application in municipal and underground engineering is still in the exploration stage.Based on the successful application of BIM in the field of construction,this paper attempts to apply BIM technology to the construction process of integrated pipe corridor project in the background of Shenyang Integrated Pipe Gallery Project,and explores the practical application point of BIM in the integrated pipe gallery.The problems encountered in the application process are solved by means of secondary development.Based on the Autodesk Revit platform,the Dynamo visual programming and the Revit API secondary development method are used to solve the problem of parameterized modeling of the shield pipe gallery section and the internal electromechanical pipeline construction drawing of the pipe gallery.The main research contents include:(1)Through a large number of readings of literature and attention to major BIM forums,to understand the research and development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and summarize the significance of applying BIM technology to the integrated pipe corridor project.The characteristics,implementation methods,development process and scope of application of Dynamo visual programming and Revit API secondary development are introduced in detail.(2)It is difficult to solve the problem of the trunk structure shield section and the internal secondary structure and ancillary facilities for the basic functions of Revit software.The Dynamo+Revit visual programming development method is used to construct a complete shield tunnel structure and auxiliary facilities.The modular system provides a modeling idea for the parametric design of tunnel engineering based on BIM while solving the modeling problem of the shield section of the pipe gallery.(3)The method of directly extracting the two-dimensional construction drawing of pipeline from electromechanical three-dimensional model in Revit software is studied.According to the relevant drawing specification,the Revit software default settings are not adjusted in detail,including the line pattern,line width,symbol representation,labeling and annotation style of each professional pipeline.Finally,the standard view templates for the three majors of water supply and drainage,HVAC,and electrical are created separately,which can be directly applied in the future.(4)For the problem of low efficiency of Revit's own annotation function,call Revit API to develop a complete pipeline annotation function plug-in.Through the development of the pipeline "one-click labeling" series of plug-ins and prefabricated professional view templates,the efficient rendering of the internal pipeline model of the pipe gallery is achieved,and the obstacle between the BIM electromechanical three-dimensional model and the two-dimensional drawing output is opened.Based on BIM,the three-dimensional forward design of the integrated pipe gallery project lays the foundation.(5)Taking the Shenyang Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project as the background,select the test section and create its full professional BIM model.BIM application such as pipeline synthesis,collision check,node well pipeline clearance analysis,complex node 3D technology,etc.;optimize the place where the pipeline layout is unreasonable in the original design drawings;finally,carry out engineering quantity statistics and improve the project for some node wells.The level of cost management.
