Parametric Modeling And Data Extraction Of Wooden House Structure Based On Revit

With the gradual improvement of the informatization in the manufacturing field,the traditional manufacturing industry has also entered a broader development path through the way of informatization.However,in the process of informatization,the traditional manufacturing industry is faced with data interaction problems caused by the diversity of design tools,inconsistent data formats,and low levels of informatization and integration of production tools.In this article,the processing industry of wooden house faces problems such as model design and low efficiency in processing data extraction.This paper,based on the Revit platform and its plug-in Dynamo,against the situation that wooden house modeling process is difficult and model is unrealistic,and woodwork model processing data extraction process is inefficient and the data format is not uniform,developed a more complete modeling method for the whole wooden house,and designed a family library for common model elements such as windows,doors,slots,etc.It solves the problems of the establishment of the overall three-dimensional model of the wooden house,the extraction of the woodwork processing data,and the format conversion of the data.The overall modeling process of the wooden house uses the cutting method to divide the continuous wall,roof,and floor models into a single wooden model that matches the actual situation,and can modify the shape and edit data of each wooden model,greatly improving the modeling efficiency and model accuracy.In the process of extracting the woodwork processing data,the method of intersecting straight lines and solids is used to perform list calculations using the coordinates of the endpoints of the intersecting line segments as the original data to determine the processing data such as the length of each woodwork model and the position of the grooves and holes,and explain the conversion method of output format of processing data,which greatly increases the scope of application of data.The CAD / CAM integration of the wooden house structure on the Revit platform is realized.
