With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,Standardized EMU has gradually become the main type of high-speed railway in China.In the production process of Standardized EMU,the coupling function of EMU needs to be debugged.Because of the complicated operation and long period of the traditional coupling debugging,it is necessary to design a coupling debugging device with a high degree of automation,to realize the coupling debugging of Standardized EMU in a short time by simple operation.Based on the above background,this paper designed a static coupling debugging device of Standardized EMU.Based on the basic functional requirements of Standardized EMU reconnection debugging,the principle of reconnection debugging is analyzed.A reconnection debugging device is designed,which consists of Electrical Coupler Connector,Signal Receiving and Transmitting Device and Computer Control Software.On the basis of the overall structure,the hardware and software of the system are designed.Hardware design:the electrical coupler connector circuit is designed to realize the electrical signal transmission between the standard EMU electric coupler and Signal Receiving and Transmitting Device.This thesis chooses the components of the Signal Receiving and Transmitting Device and designs the circuit,including MCU control core,IO expansion,digital input,digital output,Ethernet communication,serial communication and other modules.Software design:This designs the software of Signal Receiving and Transmitting Device,which can detect the reconnection signal of train through digital input circuit.The signal status data are packaged and sent to the computer through ethernet.The control message sent by the computer can also be received.Electrical signals are applied to the digital output circuit to test the function of the EMU reconnection actuator,and the loop simulation is carried out.Based on JAVA,the control software of the computer is designed.The data is transmitted through the Ethernet TCP protocol and the signal receiving transmitter.The visual interface is used to control the reconnection debugging and display the test results.The whole device can complete the electrical debugging of the Standardized EMU reconnection under static state through simple operation.It checks whether the electrical signal transmission of the Standardized EMU reconnection is normal and whether the reconnection loops can be connected.This experimental device passed the on-site test,which satisfies the requirements of automatic coupling debugging for Standardized EMU,and meets all kinds of technical indicators.It reduces the difficulty of coupling debugging,improves the efficiency of debugging that can save 70%of debugging time,with the important value of practical application,compared with the traditional debugging method.
