With the rapid development of the high-speed railway system,China has fully mastered the core technology of EMU(Electric Multiple Unit)manufacturing.Nowadays,the train control network of CR(China Railway)mainly adopts the TCN(Train Communication Network),which includes the WTB(Wire Train Bus)and the MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus).In order to ensure the overall performance and communication quality,the TCN should be debugged before the train is put into operation to achieve the purpose of safe and stable operation of the EMU.This thesis studies the debugging equipment used in the static debugging of EMUs.Through the analysis of the corresponding process requirements,the debugging process,train network characteristics and the communication mechanism,a vehicle debugging system is designed independently to meet the actual debugging needs.The system is mainly adopted in vehicle debugging when the MVB network has no bus master,and simulates the VCU(Vehicle Control Unit)so as to realize the function of transmitting control signals and receiving feedback signals.In this way,the vehicle debugging system can not only verify the communication quality of the MVB network,but also connect the in-vehicle devices.The design of system hardware adopts the standards of the industrial-grade computer,and relies on the MVB network card to communicate with the MVB network of the vehicle for further collecting and displaying signals of the devices on the MVB bus,while in the design of software,the combination of SQL(Structured Query Language)database and Java is adopted to realize the three-layer topology of MVB communication,the user database and interface design.In this case,the functions such as authority management of the login user,configuration update of the debugging data,and control and monitoring of each subsystem points are achieved.Through the update of the user database and configuration files,various models of EMUs can be debugged,which not only meets the actual debugging needs,but also facilitates the field data correction.The vehicle debugging system has the advantages,including high integration,rich ports,intelligence and convenience,excellent redundancy,and strong adaptability to different types of EMUs,and can further improve the debugging,overhaul and delivery efficiency of EMUs.According to the problems that occurred in the lab testing and on-site debugging of the vehicle debugging system,the software and hardware are optimized,and three upgrade expansion schemes namely improving debugging efficiency and saving labor cost through multi-mobile terminals,realizing hard line detection through the vehicle end adapter and increasing the degree of digitization and ensuring energy conservation and environmental protection via the paperless office system,are proposed.As the main equipment for debugging and maintenance of high-speed EMUs,the vehicle debugging system has enhanced the technological content and economic benefits of rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises,and it is also one of the important ways to realize the digitization,intelligence and systemization of EMU debugging.
