As China's economic development enters a new normal,some problems have emerged behind the rapid development.The existence of zombie enterprises has seriously harmed the high-quality development of my country's economy.Zombie enterprises occupy a large amount of land,funds and other social resources,thereby reducing the utilization rate of resources.Accelerating the disposal of zombies and promoting economic quality and efficiency has become an important part of deepening reform.At the same time,the existence of zombies will also have a "crowding-out effect" on other normally operating companies,restricting the normal development of the social economy.Therefore,the disposal of zombie enterprises is imminent.A comparative study on the disposal methods of zombies can provide useful suggestions for the choice of disposal methods when disposing of zombies,so as to realize the early retirement of zombies and provide important theoretical significance for the disposal of zombies.Practical significance.The disposal methods of zombie companies can be analyzed and discussed from multiple angles.Based on the actual situation of G group's disposal of zombie companies,this paper uses inductive deduction method,case study method and comparative research method to study the selected topics.The main contents are as follows: First,this article summarizes and ranks the literature on the definition of the concept of zombies,the causes of zombies,and the disposal methods of zombies,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis for the disposal of zombies.A comparative study on the disposal methods of zombies has laid the foundation.Secondly,after combining his own work experience with G group zombies and the related documents obtained by G group with zombies,the case of G group zombies with zombies was introduced,and the basic situation of G group and the group's handling of zombies were explained.The definition of an enterprise defines "an enterprise whose main business has basically ceased,is insolvent or loses annually,and mainly relies on shareholders or government subsidies and bank loans to continue to exist as a zombie enterprise." According to G Group's definition of zombie enterprises,as of the end of 2018,there were about 38 zombie enterprises at all levels of G Group,so as to further analyze the current status of G Group zombie enterprises.Third,based on the current situation of G Group's disposal of zombies,a comparative study of the five types of zombies' disposal methods adopted by G Group to support development,mergers and acquisitions,entrusted management,closure of liquidation,and bankruptcy reorganization was compared and studied from the perspective of the group company.We set out to conduct a comparativestudy on the group impact,industry environment,asset value,reconstruction hope,debt problems,and staff placement of zombie enterprises under different disposal methods.Fourth,combined with a comparative study of the disposal methods of G Group zombies,it is concluded that the disposal method should be selected when dealing with zombies.The first factor is the need to consider the strategic needs of the group company and the direction of the government's industrial structure adjustment,followed by The degree of financial distress and the magnitude of the hope for reconstruction are ultimately the obligation to assume social responsibility as a state-owned enterprise.From the perspective of the group,this paper makes a comparative study on the disposal methods of zombies,to make up for the shortcomings of existing documents to deal with zombies from a single enterprise;at the same time,it strengthens the consideration of stakeholders in the disposal of zombies and optimizes the zombies Disposal perspective.The comparative study on the disposal of zombies in this paper combines practical work experience and sums up the experience from specific case studies to provide specific practical experience for the disposal of other zombies.However,due to space limitations,only the disposal methods adopted by G Group are studied,and the disposal methods of other zombie companies are yet to be explored.
