Evaluation Research On The Charging Model Of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery can effectively improve the level of municipal pipeline operation and maintenance service,but facing the problem of large investment in the early stage and high operation and maintenance costs in the later stage,reasonable charging mode is the key to the construction,successful operation and maintenance of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery.Areas of jiangxi province,the author of this paper(less developed areas)characteristics of urban underground pipe,using 360-degree view all participants assessment method from the government department in charge of investment management operational unit pipeline property 5 stakeholders such as the social public,based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct the evaluation index system of urban underground pipe gallery charging mode,charging model was established by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluation model,gives the jiangxi regional assessment of urban underground pipe set,and the corresponding management strategies;Finally,an empirical study is carried out on the R project of Nanchang city.The empirical results confirm the effectiveness of the new evaluation model of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery in Jiangxi province.The research results of this paper enrich the evaluation theory of urban underground integrated corridor charging model and provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and accurate evaluation of the regional corridor charging model;In order to promote the sustainable development of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,the local government makes and optimizes the charge mode of pipe gallery,which provides a reference for decision-making.
