The Acoustic Environment In The Wards Of General Hospitals

In recent years, numerous studies indicate that noise pollution has been increasingserious in modern general hospital over the world, due to the increasing the social andeconomic development and number of patients. For a long time, this question failed todraw enough attention. Lacks of scientific research information on the acousticenvironment in the hospital tend to solve the problem unsatisfactory. It has been seenthe research of acoustic environment in hospital ward is very urgent. Based on thiscurrent situation, this paper is aim to investigate the acoustic environment of hospitalwards in Yibin Second People’s Hospital.This paper consists of three parts:The first part is the first chapter, which cloudedthe research background, purpose, significance and research status of international anddomestic. Then the organizational structure of the paper was built. And the researchobjective and research methods were put forward.The second part is the theory partwhich the main part of the thesis, including the second, third, fourth and fifth chapters.The second chapter started from the composition of the wards, explained the meaning ofthe wards’ acoustic environment. And detailed reorganize and analysis the definitionand damages of noise in wards were carried out. Then get a clear understanding ofevaluation methods and standards in wards’ acoustic environmental noise control. Thethird chapter chooses Yibin Second People’s Hospital ward for the object of study,reverberation time and noise of the ward rooms were conducted field measurements.Objectively described the status of indoor and outdoor acoustic environment of wards,and analyze the types of wards’ noise sources and noise transmission rules. The4thchapter is concerning lots of questionnaire survey for the ward acoustic environment,which involving all the noise pollution what would be suffered in wards, considered thesatisfaction of patients and staffs for acoustic environment, and analyzes the patient andward noise the impact of health care situation. The6thchapter analyzed controlstrategies of the ward external and internal acoustic environment, and explored the waysof create a perfect ward acoustic environment.The third part is the last chapter which theconcluding part of this paper, summarized and thinking of the full text and subsequentstudy to content elaborate.In this paper, questionnaires and field measurements were selected for the study ofthe acoustic environment in hospital wards. And analyzed and discussed about the control strategies of ward s’ acoustic environment. It is aim to provide basic data forfounding a healthy and comfortable wards acoustic environmental standard, and providea scientific basis to achieve the user-friendly design of hospital in the future.
