| In the planning of urban road pipelines,municipal pipelines include power,communication,gas,heating and other pipelines.Setting up a tunnel under the urban road will integrate the above municipal pipelines into one.This is the role of a comprehensive pipe corridor.The comprehensive pipe corridor is also regarded as an underground pipeline corridor.It is the lifeline of the city.In order to ensure the safety of the lifeline,it is necessary to carry out unified planning,design,construction and management of the comprehensive pipeline corridor.During the operation process,it should be equipped with a monitoring system,as well as maintenance ports and lifting ports.To ensure safety.Due to the flammable and explosive nature of gas,the gas pipelines in the integrated pipe corridor should be arranged in separate compartments and assisted by independent ventilation systems.The ventilation system of the gas compartment is divided into two states: normal ventilation and accident ventilation.When a gas leakage accident occurs,the accident ventilation state should be turned on immediately.In order to ensure that the leaked gas is quickly and completely discharged from the pipe compartment,it is necessary to study the scheme of accident ventilation.This article mainly uses the means of CFD simulation.First,the physical and mathematical models of the simulation are constructed according to the actual working conditions.In the process of gas leakage,methane is used to replace natural gas as the simulation object.Then,the FLUENT simulation software is used to discretely solve the gas leakage process.Finally,the post-processing software such as TECPLOT analyzes the natural gas diffusion in the system.This article mainly studies the accident ventilation system of the gas tank.Firstly,the main cause of the gas pipeline leakage and the shape of the leakage port are analyzed,and then the relationship between the pressure in the gas pipeline and the leakage amount of the gas pipeline is calculated.The FLUENT software was used to analyze the natural gas diffusion in the gas tankunder the conditions of the most unfavorable leaks and under different accident ventilation conditions to obtain the optimal plan for accident ventilation.Use FLUENT software to analyze the problem of uneven ventilation in the accidental ventilation speed place in the gas tank,use the uniform air supply pipe principle to design a uniform air distributor,and use FLUENT to analyze the improvement of the effect of the uniform air distributor on the accidental ventilation in the gas tank.For the external space of the pipe corridor,simulate and analyze the diffusion law of the gas discharged by the exhaust air pavilion around the air pavilion during accident ventilation,and comparatively analyze the danger of gas hoarding of different air pavilion shapes and the danger range outside the air pavilion at different air pavilion heights To select the best wind pavilion design.The main research purpose of this article is to provide reference suggestions for the design of the ventilation system of the gas tank in the actual integrated pipe corridor project. |
