The leakage of the pipeline will not only cause inconvenience and economic loss to people’s production and life,but also cause a large waste of resources.Therefore,it is very important to implement effective monitoring of pipelines.With the continuous development of the city,the passage of pipelines into the corridor has become the general trend.Tap water pipelines,power,natural gas,crude oil and many other pipelines are included in the integrated pipeline gallery.When the pipe gallery pipe leaks,the difference from the traditional buried pipe is when a leak occurs somewhere on the buried pipeline,the diffusion effect will occur after the liquid flows into the soil or other solid media,resulting in a change in the temperature field of the pipe section near the leakage point.The pipes in the pipe gallery are generally set in the air with pipe brackets,and there will be no diffusion effect when leakage occurs,and only temperature changes will occur on the pipe diameter section at the leakage point.In view of the difference between the leakage of the integrated pipeline gallery and the leakage characteristics of the buried pipeline,and based on the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor,it has strong anti-interference ability and can realize real-time,continuous and long-distance measurement,so this article proposes the application of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology to monitor the leakage of pipe gallery.Design a model test device and a monitoring system to monitor and study the temperature change characteristics of the leak points of tap water pipes of different diameters at different locations under different ambient temperatures.Design different optical fiber layout forms,and carry out optimization research on pipeline leakage detection system of pipe gallery based on distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology.The main research results of the test are as follows:(1)For circular pipes,the optical fiber should be arranged along the length of the pipe and parallel to its axis.It can effectively detect the leakage on the section when it is arranged on the left and right sides of the pipe diameter section and directly below.(2)As the temperature difference between the environment and the water in the pipe increases,the temperature response of the optical fiber near the leakage point is more obvious;a small temperature difference will not be conducive to the monitoring of the results.(3)At the same leakage point cross section,when water slides down the pipe wall from the leakage point,the temperature at the low point of the cross section will be slightly higher than that at the high point.(4)For the same pipe,along the direction of water supply,the temperature of the distant leakage point on the pipe is higher than that of the nearby leakage point.(5)The amount of leakage has little effect on the monitoring results.
