Urban rail transit has made tremendous development in the city’s transit industry with its fast, energy-saving, convenient and comfortable and so on. The quality of train diagram directly decides the efficiency of the dispatching of urban rail transit and its safety and reliability. Nowadays, the train diagrams in the urban rail transit we have used only adjust individually the trains which are running. The machine will give the delay propagation when the last train is late. However, this behavior can make a huge influence to the next ones and even impact the whole system of normal operation. Thinking about the disadvantages, the author designs the urban rail transit AST system of train software diagram which can adjust automatically.At first, the thesis introduces the theory of design. In order to facilitate the function of the train diagram, the thesis analyses and designs the nine modules in details. These modules are man-machine interaction module, input-data module, initialization module, schedule generation module, train diagram module, inter-information module, automatic adjustment module, storage-data module and data processing module. The thesis also ensures the algorithm of painting the diagram and the restraining relationship between the parameters and the main parameters. Meanwhile, it analyzed the difficulties about the treatment of transition period and the two turn back stations in details.Secondly, according to the phenomenon which the urban rail transit often encounters being late, the thesis analyzes reasons why the trains being late and comes up with a series of manual adjustment strategies such as jumping stop, adjusting station time. At the same time, it thinks of the auto-adjustment model according to the characteristics of urban rail transit. Then, it has a detailed description of the genetic algorithm in the application form of automatic train regulation model and uses direct encoding method for city rail transportation. It also uses optimal selection strategy, two-point crossover, random assignment, mutation operator of genetic algorithm for non-breeding, processing parameter penalty function the constraint conditions. Afterwards, it exploits the data of Lanzhou Metro Line 1 to finish the algorithm simulation so that realizes the feasibility of train delay adjustment. The software optimizes the diagram by drawing screen display areas and double-buffer diagrams. It improves the speed of drawing the train diagram.At last, the thesis analyzes the rationality of the train diagram. It also analyzes the static index, dynamic index and adjustable index of the diagram by using the expert grading system to preliminary researches the assessment of train diagram.
