With the booming development of university catering industry and the rise of takeout industry,social logistics has entered the campus catering space,making the university catering space with a single dining pattern and characterized by large size and concentration gradually lose its appeal.Although college dining space has experienced deformation time and time again,problems such as insufficient utilization rate and poor spatial experience still occur in the actual use of dining space.Guided by the theory of environmental psychology,this paper tries to explore solutions to the problems faced by catering space in colleges and universities from the perspective of diners,and proposes relevant optimization strategies to guide the future catering space optimization.In this paper,from the Angle of environmental psychology to explore contemporary college dining space environment and the link between the user space behavior and law,based on the psychological mechanism study of spatial behavior and the environment,sum up the feasibility of colleges and universities has both catering space environment optimization strategy,taking the optimization of catering space in Wenyuan of Shandong Jianzhu University as an example,this paper analyzes the practical application of relevant strategies,and provides theoretical reference for the optimization of existing catering space in future universities.The first chapter expounds the research background,current situation,purpose and significance of existing catering space in colleges and universities.The second chapter summarizes the basic concept of "Environmental Psychology" and the relationship between it and catering space.The third chapter analyzes the design elements of college catering space from the perspective of environmental psychology through the field research and data collection of a large number of college catering space.The fourth chapter combines with the theory of environmentalpsychology,and through the induction and summary of a large number of practical cases,obtains the optimization strategy of existing catering space in colleges and universities from the perspective of environmental psychology.The fifth chapter takes Wenyuan Restaurant of Shandong Jianzhu University as an example,analyzes the practical application of relevant theoretical strategies,provides an example for the feasibility of optimizing strategies,and points out in the conclusion that the development direction and current situation of college catering space are not enough for the future.
