Research On Green Design Optimization Of Cold Areas College Catering Construction

China's green building has entered the stage of rapid development.As an important part of urban building,colleges and universities are also the task of how to build a green campus.University catering building is an important part of university building,which is used frequently by teachers and students.However,the research on the green building design of University catering building has not received widespread attention.The purpose of this study is to take the evaluation of green building standard GB / T 50378-2019 as the main guidance,to summarize the optimization strategy of green design of University catering building in severe cold area,and to provide data support and analysis summary for the development of green design of University catering building in severe cold area.This paper is mainly composed of five partsThe first part,according to the research background,research purpose and research significance of the subject,summarizes the development status of green buildings in China,which lays a foundation for the optimization of green design in this paper.The second part of national focus on green building design evaluation standard to do the summary analysis,green building evaluation standard in China make the comparison between new and old,and the development history of dining at institutions of higher learning in our country construction,size,design index,function composition and spatial characteristics,summarized for the following universities catering provide strong basis for the green design of the building.The third part conducts research and tests on college catering buildings in Shen Yang,and summarizes the outdoor environment,indoor environment,space utilization and energy consumption of college catering buildings in Shen Yang as an example,so as to find the focus for the optimization strategy of green design and provide the direction for the following research in this paper.The fourth part and the fifth part are the core chapters of this paper.Based on the current "green building evaluation standard" as the main guidance requirements,combined with the characteristics of catering buildings in Colleges and universities in severe cold area,from the four aspects of outdoor environment,indoor environment,energy conservation of building envelope,and composite design of catering buildings,this paper puts forward the green design optimization method for catering buildings in Colleges and universities in severe cold area Law and technology strategy.In the fifth chapter,the feasibility analysis of the green design of the first canteen of Shenyang University of architecture is carried out,and the green optimization design is carried out through the relevant strategies mentioned in the fourth chapter.
