Research On Cost Control Of Railway Tunnel Construction

In the environment of increased competition in the railway construction market,many railway construction companies have won the bid at low prices,the overall construction budget is low,and project benefits are generally low.In railway construction,tunnel engineering is the focus and difficulty of project management.The construction risk of the tunnel project is high,the quality requirements are high,the construction period is long,and the technical difficulty is large.It is the key point for the success or failure of the construction cost control of the entire railway project.This paper takes the Beishan No.2 Tunnel of Menghua Railway of A Company as the research object,and briefly introduces the basic situation of Company A and the general situation of the Beishan No.2 Tunnel of Menghua Railway;details the construction cost of Beishan No.2 Tunnel The composition,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad and the opinions of experts in the industry,used the fishbone diagram method to analyze the factors affecting the construction cost of the Beishan No.2 Tunnel;and then used the analytic hierarchy process to construct the influencing factors.The evaluation index system establishes an evaluation model,comprehensively evaluates various influencing factors,and finds out the key factors affecting the construction cost control of Beishan No.2 tunnel.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for cost control are proposed and the effect analysis is carried out.In this paper,the detailed analysis and research on the railway tunnel construction cost control under complex geological conditions is carried out in combination with the actual case.The construction cost control of the Beishan No.2Tunnel has been effectively solved.The problem has obtained considerable economic benefits,and it also provides a certain reference for the current railway construction enterprises in the construction cost control of tunnel engineering.
