In recent years,with the rapid development of Jingpohu tourism,the number of tourists is increasing,the number of ships in Jingpohu is increasing,and the ship traffic density is also increasing.Due to the limitation of infrastructure and management means,the supervision of water traffic in the lake area is relatively weak,and there are hidden dangers in ship navigation and tourists' lives and properties.In order to effectively guarantee the water traffic safety and environmental cleaning of Jingpohu,and meet the needs of intelligent maritime development,it is necessary to improve the information level of ship traffic supervision in Jingpohu.Combined with the requirements of Jingpohu water traffic safety and supervision status,the thesis constructs the overall design idea of Jingpohu water traffic supervision system,analyzes the relevant technologies to realize the system,designs the structure of Jingpohu water traffic supervision system based on low-power Internet of things technology,analyzes the dynamic supervision of ships,crew supervision,ship remote alarm,video movement objectives The business logic of the functions of detection,ship electronic cruise and early warning is designed.The system development environment is built,the database interface technology is studied,and the system interface is designed.Based on the data collected by AIS,GPS and Internet of things sensors,the functions of ship dynamic supervision and crew supervision are developed.Using Lora wireless transmission technology,the wireless remote alarm function of ship collision and other dangerous situations is realized.The background difference method based on Gaussian mixture model is used to detect and warn the moving targets in the key waters of Jingpohu.Based on the traffic early warning rules and real-time data collected from Jingpohu,the electronic cruise and early warning functions are developed.Through the actual test,the system runs normally and correctly.Jingpohu district water traffic supervision system takes ships as the basic carrier object,collects and processes a variety of water traffic safety supervision data in real time and visualizes them,realizes the informatization and refinement of water traffic safety management,and improves the work efficiency and supervision level of maritime management department.
