| In recent years,with the rapid growth of vehicle amount, traffic jam are growing in frequency in the major city during rush hours. When there are small space to improve the hardwares in the city roads, the improvement of reasonable management measures will be more effective to improve city traffic level of service.As the emphatically supported high tech industry by the state, the Internet of things has entered a period of rapid development, its fast-changing technology provides many new breakthrough point for the city traffic improvement, but there are still much to be discussed on how to integrate The Internet of things into city traffic systems.At present, intelligent control and dynamic traffic signal are the two mainly application of the Internet of things technology in city traffic improvement. Based on the analysis of urban traffic management control system, we discussed which can be integrated into the study of the Internet of things technology.In this article, the structure, equipment and related technology of the traffic system in the environment of Internet of things are introduced and analyzed. Then we choose the equipment and technology which are reasonable and feasible to construct the traffic system in the environment of Internet of things in the study area; We also considered the defects of the existing traffic management measures, the intersection signal control system, the variable lane signal control system, the regional traffic guidance system and the coordinated control strategy under the environment of the Internet of things, and then we actuated signal control, variable lane control, dynamic traffic guidance, parking guidance plan which can improve the city traffic level of service under the environment of the Internet of things. We simulated the traffic conditions in the study area, the improvement of traffic conditions are also compared, and we hope we can combine theory with practice to apply the theory to the urban traffic improvement. |
