Xiamen is one of the most prosperous cities on the west coast of the Strait.With the continuous development of Xiamen's tourism industry.more and more people come to Xiamen for tourism.Gulangyu Island,as an important node of Xiamen's tourist scenie spot,is a must-visit place for Xiamen tourists.With the increasing number of tourists coming to Xiamen,the existing routes to Gulangryu are gradually unable to meet the passenger demand.The current passenger ship departure time from Haicang Songyu Pier in Xiamen Port to Gulangyu Island is about 30 minutes on average.The increasing number of tourists coming to Xiamen,especially the passenger flow brought by holidays,will lead to long waiting time for tourists to a certain extent and even the phenomenon of passenger detention.Therefore,shortening the time interval of ship departure or increasing the frequency of ship departure can effectively alleviate this situation.Because passenger ships need to cross the main channel of Dongdu Port to shuttle between Songyu Wharf and Gulangjyu Island,and there are various types of vessels in the main channel,the ship speed,captain,arrival time and other paraneters will affect the arrangement of ferry passenger ships.The speed of the passenger ship itself and the width of the main channel are also important factors affecting the safety of the passenger ship.Firstly,this paper studies and analyses the research and development status of maritime traffic engineering at home and abroad,and combines with the theory of maritime traffic engineering,builds a model of frequency of ships crossing Dongdu Channel of Xiamen Port based on AIS information,then briefly introduces the characteristics of ship traffic flow and ship behavior,which provides a theoretical basis for the data modeling of Chapter IV,and secondly,decoding technology of AIS information and error correction.This paper expounds the theory and provides data conversion technology for modeling the frequency of small boats crossing Dongdu Channel of Xiamen Port based on AIS data.Finally,on the basis of existing AIS traffic flow data,the AIS ship traffic flow data of Dongdu Channel of Xiamen Port are systematically and effectively counted and analyzed by using mathematical(modeling)method and whether the ship departure interval can be shortened or not is rigorously demonstrated and revealed.The distribution rule of departure time window can provide theoretical basis for the adjustment of ferry passenger ship departure arrangement,provide theoretical decision support for relevant coastal departlents,improve the marine traffic environment and improve the efficiency of traffic organization.
