| The ship domain is an important concept of water transportation.To ensure their own safety,ships need to maintain a certain safe distance from surrounding ships in navigation.The ship domain is the way to describe the space scope.The ship behavior can be better described by building a practical ship domain model.Using the simulation technology,the ship domain model can be introduced into traffic flow simulation to carry out studies on through capacity and ship traffic organization,providing a reference for channel planning and traffic management.With the gradual integration of big data,artificial intelligence and other new technologies into the field of water transportation,the intelligent development of water transportation has been strongly promoted,and intelligence has become one of the important development trends of modern water transportation.Along with this trend,the ship model gradually developed from simple to complex,from static to dynamic,and to intelligent direction.Considering the trend of intelligent water traffic and the research progress of ship domain models,this paper adopts intelligent technology to build a ship domain model and applies it to through capacity and traffic organization by simulation technology.The main work in this paper is as follows:(1)The elliptical ship domain model is used as the identification object,and the collision risk index is obtained by AIS data collection and the PSO-LSSVM method,which is used as the weight coefficient of identification error.This method can filter non-dangerous objects and improve the influence of dangerous target ships on the results.Using the risk weighted least square method and short-term AIS data,the rolling online identification of the ship domain model and the images of the ship domain are carried out.The dynamic evolution characteristics of ships during navigation are analysed.Then,the collision risk weighting and grid analysis method are combined to carry out statistical analysis on the ship domain.(2)The concept and construction principle of intelligentized ship domain model are proposed,the dynamic,fuzzy and stochastic characteristics of intelligentized ship domain model are analyzed,and the algorithm flow of intelligentized ship domain model is designed.Based on the elliptic ship domain model,the intelligentized ship domain is modelled by cloud model theory.Factors such as environmental conditions and the pilot’s state are considered comprehensively.Then the navigation safety status index system affecting the ship domain model is designed,the expert survey method is used to score the weights,and the index cloud parameters are obtained.The cloud map of the intelligentized ship domain is generated by stochastic simulation according to cloud parameters.The model can comprehensively consider the pilot’s state,ship performance,natural and traffic environment and management conditions,which can dynamically generate a domain scale according to the actual situation and be suitable for traffic simulation applications.(3)In the traffic flow simulation,to better describe the intelligentized ship domain model and the decision behavior of the pilot,the multi-agent simulation modelling method is used to establish the ship agent simulation model in the intelligentized ship domain model.The structure and behavior decision-making process of ship agents are analysed,and the simulation program is designed to make ship agents have the functions of environment perception,navigation decision-making and communication with other ship agents.Combined with the simulation application framework,this lays a foundation for the simulation application of the intelligentized ship domain model.(4)An intelligentized ship domain model is applied to the through capacity study.The twoway through capacity of the Yangtze River deepwater channel is taken as an application.The influence of different super-wide meeting restrictions on navigation efficiency is analysed.By controlling the safe distance of ships with the intelligentized ship domain model,the influence of super-wide meeting restrictions on channel capacity is simulated.This model is also applied in the study of traffic organization.Taking the construction traffic organization of the TSHD(trailing suction hopper dredger)loading barge operation as an example,combined with the ship agent based on the intelligentized ship domain model,traffic flow simulation is carried out,and the influence of the TSHD loading barge operation occupying the water area on navigation delay is analysed,which can provide a reference for ship traffic organization.In summary,on the basis of constructing the intelligentized ship domain model and combining AIS data mining and analysis,this paper explores the application of the ship domain model in water traffic through ability and traffic organization by multi-agent and discrete event system simulation technology.I hope to promote the research of ship domain models,look forward to a more suitable intelligentized ship domain model in the future,and apply it to the wider fields,such as the research of unmanned ships and intelligent water transportation. |
