The Study On Safety Management Of Road Construction In District Fangshan

With the continuous development of China's economy,China's road traffic is also developing rapidly.While making people's life more convenient,road maintenance is also becoming an indispensable project.For roads in different areas,there are different maintenance measures.Under the premise of considering the cost and cycle,ensuring the safety of people's life and property is the top priority of road maintenance construction.There are many problems in the safety management of the actual road maintenance construction,which easily lead to potential safety hazards,even safety production accidents,resulting in casualties and property losses.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies the safety management of highway maintenance construction in Fangshan District,Beijing,using case study,empirical induction,empirical analysis and other research methods.At the same time,the fault tree method is used to analyze the highway maintenance construction project.Combined with the example,it is concluded that there are generally unsafe behaviors of people,unsafe state of objects,unsafe conditions of environment and management defects in the maintenance construction safety management of Fangshan District.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the idea of maintenance and construction safety management of Fangshan highway,introduces the responsibilities of maintenance and construction management organizations,and then from the perspective of the construction unit,proposes to strengthen the safety contract,strictly review the commencement and resumption conditions,strengthen the education of safety personnel,eliminate the defects of safety management,eliminate the unsafe factors of objects,and scientifically deal with the unsafe factors of the environment And other safety management measures,to provide help for the further improvement of Fangshan road maintenance construction safety management level.
