And then putforward the main research content and ideas.Combine with the SWOT method on the status of highway maintenancen managementfor safety production of Zhejiang province，identify and analyze four factors from S(advantage), W (weaknesses), O (opportunities) and T (threat). Analyze various factors andfind out the existing problems.According to the above analyzing, combinate with the practical situation of highwaymaintenance development in Zhejiang province, and put forward countermeasures against the existing laws and regulations. Comb the countermeasures, organization supervision, rewardsand punishments, responsibility and emergency rescue as a gripper to prefect it.Supply security on mechanical equipment, the communication technology, capitaland culture on several aspects about the highway maintenance of safety production. And thenbuild highway maintenance management system of safety production for Zhejiang province.Finally analyze the affects from the physical characteristics on highway maintenanceof safety production. Establish highway maintenance management of safety production forZhejiang province about evaluation index. Use principal component analysis method toestablish the highway maintenance enterprise safety production management systemevaluation, and establish the index weights by AHP. Carry out safety production managementsystem evaluation by example.This article’s research is not only good for the highway maintenance management ofsafety production for Zhejiang province but also has reference significance for the wholecountry.And then research highway maintenance safety production management index andweight value, and lay a good foundation for subsequent high speed highway maintenanceconstruction production safety management index system.
