Since the opening of the first high-speed rail in 2008,China's high-speed railway has developed rapidly and has gradually become an important part of the modern transportation network.In the "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan" issued and implemented by China in 2016,it is clearly pointed out that the economic effects brought about by the operation of high-speed rail should be utilized efficiently,and effective guidance and important support for China's industrial upgrading should be realized.With the accelerating urbanization process,urban agglomerations have become the main carrier for the development of urbanization and an important engine for China's sustained economic growth.The continuous development of urban agglomerations can promote the coordination and coordination of resources among regions,and the internal cities can work together to achieve complementary advantages,give full play to the role of central cities in radiating and driving development of surrounding cities,and promote the distribution of employment and resources between regions.At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal state.Promoting regional industrial transformation and upgrading has become the goal and driving force of urban agglomeration development,and the development of productive service industry is the key to promoting local industrial transformation and upgrading.High-speed rail operation can significantly improve the accessibility along the line,and the improvement of accessibility can enhance the location advantage of cities along the line,promote the rapid flow of resource elements,and increase regional attractiveness.Then,in order to judge the impact of high-speed rail operation on the agglomeration of productive service industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,Especially in the context of current overcapacity and economic downturn,it is worthwhile to study whether local governments at all levels can seize the opportunities brought by high-speed rail operations and promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries.On the theoretical analysis level,this paper first analyzes the external mechanism and internal mechanism of high-speed rail development of the service industry based on the compilation of relevant literature at home and abroad.The study shows that the improvement of accessibility brought by the opening of high-speed rail is the basis for the agglomeration of productive service industry.The enhancement of location advantage brought by the improvement of accessibility and the further promotion of the optimal integration of resources and market structure are A direct factor that affects the agglomeration of productive services.At the empirical research level,this paper takes the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as the research object,selects the location entropy as the index to measure the level of agglomeration of the productive service industry,and makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation of the agglomeration of the productive service industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and analyzes the size and direction of the impact of the overall and sub-sectors and cities of different scales.Through the analysis of the above theoretical and empirical aspects,this paper mainly draws:(1)The impact of high-speed rail opening on the urban agglomeration service industry is based on the improvement of accessibility.The improvement of accessibility can enhance the location advantage and further promote the integration of resources within the region and optimize the market structure."Location-Resource-market" Trinity has an impact on the level of agglomeration in the producer service industry;(2)The opening of high-speed rail has a positive effect on the accumulation of productive service industry in the short-term,and it has become a diffusion effect with the increase of time,and there is a certain heterogeneity in the impact of various sub-sectors;(3)The effect of high-speed rail has certain heterogeneity for cities of different scales.High-speed rail can enhance the attractiveness of big cities and promote the agglomeration of productive service industries.It shows a significant siphon effect for small and medium-sized cities.
