| With the large-scale construction of high-speed railway, the overall passenger and freight transport capacity of China’s railway has been significantly improved, and the transport capacity of traditional modes of transportation has been released. At the same time,high-speed railway can significantly reduce the travel time between cities, the flow of elements is accelerated, the industrial development pattern has been affected. In addition,as a fast and efficient mode of transportation,high-speed rail freight can be used by logistics enterprises to better meet the rapid growth of high value-added and high timeliness products.Improving the quality of supply, reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of logistics industry and optimizing the transportation structure are the connotation and goal of the supply side structure reform of transportation industry. However,at present,China’s social logistics cost is high, the proportion of railway freight is low,few logistics enterprises applying high-speed rail transportation, and the transportation network planning of high-speed rail freight is still lacking, which restricts the development of logistics industry. Therefore, this paper first studies the impact and optimization of high-speed rail on the development of logistics industry from a macro perspective, then analyzes the impact and optimization of high-speed rail freight on the transportation network of logistics enterprises from a micro perspective, and finally puts forward suggestions on the integration of high-speed rail and logistics industry based on the above research,It includes:Firstly, the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the development of logistics industry and the countermeasures.Firstly, this paper analyzes the mechanism of high-speed rail’s influence on logistics industry by means of theory and literature review, and the research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly, taking 280 prefecture level cities in China as the research objects, this paper constructs an evaluation index system, and the catastrophe progression method is used to measure the comprehensive development level of China’s urban logistics industry from 2005 to 2016.Thirdly,this paper uses the double differential propensity score matching method(psm-did)to measure the impact of the opening of high-speed rail on the development level of logistics industry, and the proposed mechanism hypothesis is tested. Finally, this paper discusses the optimization ideas of logistics industry development under the background of high-speed rail opening, and provides theoretical reference for the later research on high-speed rail freight and logistics enterprise transportation network optimization.Secondly, research on the influence and optimization of high-speed rail freight on the transportation network of logistics enterprises.Firstly, the current operation mode and technical conditions of China’s high-speed rail freight are sorted out,and analyzes the impact of high-speed rail freight business on the transportation network of logistics enterprises.Secondly, high speed rail is supposed to be one of the modes of freight transportation, taking the lowest transportation cost, the shortest time and the lowest carbon emission as the objectives, considering the schedule and transportation capacity constraints of air and railway transportation, this paper constructs the hub and spoke multimodal transport network optimization model, and designs genetic algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, taking a logistics enterprise as an example, comparative experiments are carried out from three aspects: different number of hubs, whether there is high-speed rail transportation, and different sub-objective weight setting,to analyze the influence of different goal preferences. This paper studies the impact and optimization of high-speed railway on logistics industry from macro and micro perspectives, which provides theoretical reference for deepening the reform of railway supply side structure and the high-quality development of logistics industry in China, improving the allocation efficiency of various transportation resources, and improving the transport network and optimizing transport services to provide theoretical reference. |
