High-speed railway is one of the key development modes of transportation with high loading capacity,high delivery capacity and quick speed,which is next to aviation only and with low energy consumption and good economic benefits.As a further practice in high speed railway transportation technology,HUZHANG high-speed railway is a key and hotspot issue for research in transportation department.Based on the evaluation system of the passenger station of HUZHANG high-speed railway,this paper studies the passenger service quality of HUZHANG high-speed railway,and makes corresponding improvement measures for its specific service quality evaluation results,so it has to be more and more suitable for the travel needs of the passengers.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of high-speed railway represented by HUZHANG high-speed railway,and introduces the current research status and a large number of references evaluation model at home and abroad.After repeated screening,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was selected as an in-depth study object,and the construction process and step of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were introduced in detail,by combining the actual operation of the HUZHANG high-speed railway,the necessity of studying the quality evaluation of passenger service quality was put forward.During our research,we access the data on the basis of questionnaire,the design of questionnaire considers the existing principles and methods,which ensures the validity and practicality of the problem.The weight determination in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the service quality of HUZHANG high-speed railway service is determinate by the Delphi method.Using liszt evaluation scale to shout a quantitative classification of high speed railway passenger service quality evaluation results,which can put forward more reasonable improvement measures of HUZHANG high-speed railway passenger service quality.Based on the research and analysis,the service quality evaluation result of the passenger transportation station of HUZHANG high-speed railway is well,and there is still room for improvement.It analyze that evaluation result in combination with the various indexes of decision make layer and index layer in this paper,put forward improvement opinion on the development of the current passenger service work of the HUZHANG high-speed railway,raises the improvement of the quality of passenger service,and provides theoretical support for the high efficiency development of the HUZHANG high-speed railway.
