In order to solve the problem of corrosion and scaling of circulating cooling water,chemical methods are often used.However,the use of chemical methods alone often causes secondary pollution of the water body,and the cost is relatively high.Electrochemical descaling and anti-scaling technology can solve these problems well.The electrochemical method can cause scale-forming ions to scale on the cathode surface of the electrochemical device,reduce the hardness of the water body,and solve the problem of circulating cooling water scaling to some extent.However,since the electrochemical method does not have the corrosion inhibition property to the metal material,it is limited in practical use,and the scale inhibitor is still needed in the high temperature portion of the heat exchanger to ensure the scale inhibition effect,so this paper proposes that the electrochemical and certain The water treatment agent is combined to examine the effects of descaling,scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition.Firstly,Based on the principle of descaling by electrochemical method,an electrochemical water treatment device was constructed in this experiment.The effects of power supply voltage,plate spacing,water hardness and other factors on the descaling performance of electrochemical treatment water treatment equipment were studied.In the actual test,the value of total hardness in the water body before and after the experiment and the scale quality of the cathode plate were measured,and the hardness removal rate and cathode sedimentation rate of the prepared water body before and after the experiment were calculated,and the optimum plate parameters and water quality of the electrochemical device were obtained.parameter.The results show that the optimal voltage of the electrochemical device is 10 V and the optimal plate spacing is 20 mm under the condition that the 1 L water body is treated for 5 h.When the water hardness is 400 mg/L,the water body hardness removal rate can reach 85.41%.This paper makes a corresponding comparison between chemical treatment and electrochemical treatment in the field,and it is concluded that electrochemical treatment is superior to chemical treatment in reducing water conductivity and scale ion.Secondly,the combination of the electrochemical device and the water treatment agent was examined.The electrochemical device is combined with the water treatment agent to examine the scale removal,scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition.Combining the electrochemical device with the scale inhibitor,it was found that the hardness removal rate of the electrochemical device combined with 2 mg/L 2-butyric acid butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid was 78.11%.The hardness removal rate of the electrochemical device combined with 2 mg/L hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid was 68.36%.The descaling effect of the electrochemical device combined with 2-phosphonic butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid is superior to that of the electrochemical device and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid.Combining the electrochemical device with the corrosion inhibitor,it is found that the combination of the electrochemical device and the oxide film type corrosion inhibitor can exert the corrosion inhibition advantage compared with the adsorption film type corrosion inhibitor and the precipitation film type corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion inhibition rate of the electrochemical device combined with 100 mg/L sodium molybdate was 89.47%.Combining the electrochemical device,2 mg/L 2-butyric acid butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid and 100 mg/L sodium molybdate agent,it was found that the hardness removal rate after the synergistic effect of the three was 79.23%.The scale inhibition rate is 87.34%,and the corrosion inhibition rate is 89.94%.Applying the compounding results of electrochemical and water treatment agents to the limit concentration multiple experiment can increase the concentration factor of the system by 1.38 times,which provides an effective method for water saving and energy saving of circulating cooling water system.
