Circulating cooling water is the thermal power industry water sports, the use and discharge of water accounted for the entire industry for more than 80% of the amount of water. In recent years, with the development of water treatment technology and chemical technology, the continuous upgrading of condenser tube, the operation of circulating water concentration ratio has been greatly improved, even so, from the current situation of water use in the industry, the circulation cooling water system is still very large. Study on water saving technology of circulating cooling water system in thermal power plant, and the research on the technology of circulating water zero discharge, which has great engineering application value.The main factors that restrict the use of non conventional water resources (including municipal water, underground mine drainage, etc.) are the complex and volatile water sources, which are high in water, heavy metals, organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants. The conventional surface water pretreatment process is used to deal with sparse dry water, and the water quality of the water can not meet the requirements of the circulating water. This paper analyzes the characteristics of water quality and the main pollution factors by collecting the typical urban water and water quality index data, and expounds the principle of the relevant pollutant removal from the principle, designs an efficient pretreatment technology route, and based on the actual engineering case, this paper expounds the feasibility of the process route.With the water pollution prevention and control work of the increasingly serious situation, the power plant circulating water permit water quality standard requirements are increasingly stringent, in which the TP (total phosphorus) content in the drainage has clear requirements. It is bound to be limited by the application of phosphorus in the water body eutrophication, which seriously affect the ecological environment, and the application of inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus in the circulating water. This paper introduces the status quo of application and development of non phosphorus chemicals at home and abroad, and analyzes the hot spots in the field of application of phosphorus free medicine, and carries on the research on the technology and the feasibility of the circulating water without phosphorus.This paper also focuses on the research on the technology and the zero discharge of the wastewater treatment technology. Through the introduction and analysis of the current development status and development trend of "waste water zero discharge" in the electric power industry, the paper uses advanced water treatment technology to construct a circulating water recycling and zero discharge technology route, and based on the actual engineering case, this paper expounds the feasibility of zero discharge line, and analyzes the economic index of zero discharge engineering application.
