Research On The Construction Technology Of Assembled Concrete Structure Building

Building assembly refers to the method to build residential in an industrial way.Building assembly of residential could increase productivity,improve the overall quality of residential,reduce costs,and reduce material consumption and energy consumption.To realize housing industrialization should follow the way of standardized design,component processing industrialization,and standardization of the installation and construction process.The prefabricated assembly building system needs to carry on the large-scale construction based on the standardization and the standard design,the factory component production,carries on the assembly construction according to the design request through the transportation and the hoisting.The three main steps constitute the whole industry chain of prefabricated building system.In this paper,the current situation of the building assembly is reviewed and analyzed in details based on a lot of literature.The characteristics and existing problems of several current representative structures in the industrialization process were analyzed.Through the research on domestic and foreign precast prefabricated housing,the problems in design,production of components and construction are discussed in detail,and the key technologies involved in the process of installation of prefabricated components are summarized.Through this research,establishes the design principle of standard design,which is the core of design.Several options available for the design of component,joint and sealing of concrete structure prefabricated building system are provided.The components prefabrication,transportation and hoisting process are given to ensure the specific operation method of component quality.In the process of construction and installation,for the column,beam and wall installation,established that wet connection as the main connection form of the component assembly program,and details on the key technologies of the contract.In order to ensure the safety of structures in the construction process,a mechanical checking method is proposed to ensure the mechanical component quality.Finally,the author analyzed the current situation of key technologies used in theconstruction process of and actual project.The relevant research results are used in engineering to verify the effectiveness of the research results.
