Faced with the excessive consumption of resources and environment and the shortage of labor force,the construction industry needs to be transformed and upgraded,and the modernization of construction industries has become an inevitable trend.The construction of prefabricated high-rise housing is an important part of promoting the modernization of the housing industry,and promoting the industrialization of housing will promote the energy saving and emission reduction,promote the green safe construction,promote the housing quality,improve the living environment and promote the construction industry structure adjustment,which is an effective way to realize the green Low-carbon residence.With the rapid development of assembled high-rise residential buildings in recent years,people's social and cultural level is increasing,for high-rise residential facade design of the aesthetic requirements also have a tendency to improve,coupled with the existing housing prices are too high,the state to solve people's housing problems,vigorously promote the assembly-style high-rise affordable housing to alleviate the existing housing problems.At the same time,the assembly type high-rise supportability housing is advantageous to the control of the housing quality,but the assembly type high-rise supportability housing design is apt to appear the stiff monotonous question.Based on the above reasons,this paper chooses the research of the vertical diversity design of Shenzhen assembled high-rise supportability residential area as the research direction.First of all,this paper studies the practical research of the assembled PCa technology in the domestic and abroad developed areas,and classifies the facade forms of the assembled PCA high-rise residences.Secondly,based on the present case investigation and design analysis of PCa-assembled high-rise supportability residential building in Shenzhen,this paper sums up the elevation design of PCa-assembled high-rise supportability residence.Through the design of the existing cases and schemes,the elevation style of PCaassembled high-rise residences the main elements of the facade,the color characteristics of the facade and the study of new materials and construction practices are the basis for the next step of the research on the elevation design of the PCa-assembled high-rise supportability residential buildings in Shenzhen area.Then,based on the investigation and analysis of PCa-assembled high-rise supportability residential building in Shenzhen area,this paper expounds the factors influencing the elevation diversity of assembled PCa high-rise supportability residential buildings from the aspects of structure system,plane shape,regional environment and PCa assembling technology,and summarizes.Finally,the paper sums up the design strategy of the elevation diversity of the Shenzhen PCa assembly type high-rise supportability house,mainly from the choice of the planar combination mode type,the optimization refinement of the element of the facade,the design idea of the elevation diversity based on the color combination,Finally,the paper demonstrates the design of the elevation diversity scheme of the high level supportability residential building with PCa assembly.It is expected to play a valuable role in the design of the elevation of the future PCa assembly type high-rise supportability housing.
