In order to adapt to the industrialization process of China's architecture, realize the idea of green construction, and improve the site construction efficiency of pipe jacking engineering,a new circular concrete pipe jacking working well connected by bolts is designed and researched in this paper. Bolts are applied by this new structural well to integrate several vertical discrete prefabricated well pieces, then sink and place the well in position to conduct pipe-jacking construction after assembling and forming the working well.To verify the practicability of Prefabricated circular pipe jacking working shaft applied in actual engineering, the numerical analysis on the mechanical performance of working well are based in this paper, the key technique problem, design method and construction technology in the structural design of assembly working well are studied, the specific contents are as follows:(1) The domestic and foreign research results and construction technology of working well are concluded to provide theoretical basis and design thought in developing new assembly working well.(2) Based on the drawing condition of a certain construction site in this paper, the incremental launch of cast-in-place working well is studied in detail, and the structural form of assembly working well is introduced.(3) The structural construction of new assembly pipe jacking working well is studied,and through analyzing the force of working well on different construction stages, the arrangement patterns of bolts are comparative analyzed, and the connection forms suitable for working well are given; the water-proof measures at the edge joint between assembly well piece and the calculation formula of shear strength are studied mainly, and the calculation formula of shear strength at the edge joint is proposed.(4) By the application of nonlinear finite element theory, the three-dimensional finite element model of assembly and cast-in-place working well are established through using the large finite element software--ABAQUS with the consideration of the contact between well-well and well-soil, the structural performances and the effects on the peripheral soil under the act of incremental launching load of this two working wells are analyzed. It is verified that the structural form and mechanical characteristics of assembly working well is up to the level of cast-in-place working well.(5) The construction technology of assembly working well is researched based on the structural form and manufacturing technique of working well, and form the construction technique suitable for circular assembly working well.
